'It was a very nice hotel. Typical English atmosphere and very friendly stafff'

'Excellent '

'The room was clean and bright, the pull out sofa bed was a bit short for an adult and we weee above the kitchen which was noisy at closing but done by 10pm. Great staff, pretty location.'

'Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar de gehele ervaring viel toch tegen. Dit hotel heeft duidelijk betere tijden gekend. Het ontbijt was de naam onwaardig en verdient veel meer aandacht. Het geheel is zeker geen vier sterren waard. Het personeel redt de eer.'

'Pet friendly in a quiet area, nice clean pod with hot tub really relaxing will definitely be visiting again'

'This is my favourite place to stay. Clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay. The food is amazing and plenty of choice. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend'

'Zeer gastvrij ontvangen, we werden ook uitgenodigd om aan te sluiten bij de plaatselijke karaoke in de bar. Accomodatie is eenvoudig en wat gedateerd, maar dat hinderde niet (wij waren op doorreis). '

'Stayed for work. Lovely & clean, warm, powerful shower. Super comfy bed and good quality bedding. Smart tv, dishwasher, lg fridge freezer plus all the usuals. '

'Nice host and helpful. Convenient to travel around Bridlington.'

'What an absolutely gorgeous house, the house is actually better in person than the pictures show. Check in was simple with a handy located key box and lots of parking. It was pretty nippy outside and the house was already heated and nice and toasty on arrival, along with the hot tub. We were down as a party of 10 for a Hen do and the different entertaining spaces were perfect for the games and activities we had planned. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. 'Had a lovely bank holiday stay at the cottage. Kids loved the working farm and seeing the animals. Charlotte gave a nice tour, explaining the farm's operations. Would recommend to family and friends.'

'Wonderful'

'Cottage was perfectly located and well equipped albeit small for the price. Bathroom great, cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. Couple of areas needed redecorating. But communication was non existent. Contacted host twice without reply on day of arrival to get the passcode for the keys. Also phone number was for Sykes cottages which was closed. Ended up knocking on doors nearby and finally got to the right person.'

'The property is excellent grate location some real nice touches and attention to detail however the booking in process was shocking if it hadn’t been for this the property would be getting 5* all round '

'Property was exceptionally clean modern well equipped. Nice little touches of milk bread spread and bottles of wine for arrival. No issues at all with the property it was lovely. The only issue was with the pub next door, which when we spoke to the host the next day he dealt with straight away. Parking instructions weren’t communicated. Access to property is via the pub car park.'
