'Great'

'Clean with comfy beds. Had a great stay.'

'I had some minor issues with the bathroom sink, but it was quickly resolved. The host was nice and responds to messages immediately. Rental is in a quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes to downtown area by car. Since it's in a basement, it could get a little cold, but you have access to the thermostat that you can adjust as needed. The room looks just as it does on the listing. Clean, minimal, and well-lit. Overall, I had a good experience.'

'Easy check-in. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen isnt a full kitchen, just the essentials. Bathroom is decent, the shower is small for tall/big people. A lot of unfinished things in the basement (missing vent covers, missing trim pieces on floor and door, missing baseboards and such) Cleanliness is fine, nothing was dirty anywhere, just a lot of hard water stains in the bathroom. Overall a 7.5/10'

'Alles prima geregeld'

'If you are a concert goer and want to book a place near the venue with your large group; you have to rent this property. It was clean, modern, and such a great place to stay. We had to drive or hire a lift to go shopping, it is not a walking neighborhood, especially at night. There is a cement factory nearby and some of the guests woke up early in the...

'The price was alright and it was convenient to get to west Edmonton mall, however there were some cleanliness problems- There were some small stains on the sheets and duvet, The lint trap was full, the cooking utensils and pots were a bit dirty. Being woken up at 6am from stomping,7am from vacuuming, then again at 8 am from more stomping was not ideal, throughout the day there was quite a bit of noise upstairs so we avoided spending as much time as possible at the suit. The parking was also...

'The property was great, very clean and spacious. Hosts were great and helpful with everything we needed. The only downsides are the very small garage ( we rented a Mazda CX-70 and had to park touching the far wall to fit) and the neighborhood. We walked to the Oilers stadium and to the Royal Alberta museum, but didn’t feel super safe walking around after dark. '

'Great location - quiet but within walking distance to things like superstore Canadian tire and other. Recommend to anyone looking for quiet, reasonably priced accommodation!'
