There is NO PARKING included with your reservation. The building does not have a parkade but there is Rice Howard parkade right next to the building. Paid street parking or Private parking options available.

• Street Parking: This is administered by the City of Edmonton. You will need to use one of the parking machines, or download the EPARK app for ease of use.

• Private Parking: Please take your time before your arrival and check pricing rates on Impark's website for address "10024 Jasper Ave." You will find some places offering early bird discounts. The recommended heated parkades, and closest to the building are Westin Hotel, Scotia Place, and Rice Howard Parkade. The Rice Howard parkade has a 6’2” height restriction.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Being a downtown location we recommend using underground or heated parking and taking all your valuables with you.

✔ Other units in the building are occupied so kindly be aware of the noise curfew between 10pm-8am
✔ No events, parties or gatherings are permitted
✔ Please be mindful of the size of your laundry load when using the washer and dryer machines

✦ EXTRA GUEST FEES ✦
A guest fee of $20 per guest per day applies for any adults beyond 2 guests. This helps cover the added costs of utilities, supplies, and cleaning to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Please make sure your guest count is accurate when booking to avoid any adjustments upon check-in.

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT FEES ✦
Our check-in and check-out times are firm to allow for a thorough cleaning, but we can offer up to 1 hour of flexibility if needed. A fee of $10 (or $20 for both early check in and late check out) will apply. If this is something you will require, please let us know 48 hours in advance of arrival/departure so we can confirm availability with our cleaning team.

✦ LOST KEYS ✦
If keys or fobs are lost, stolen, or temporarily misplaced and we need to provide access to the unit, a $100 lockout fee will apply. If replacements are also required, an additional $100 replacement fee will be charged, for a total of $200.

Please remember that this is our home, not a hotel, so we kindly ask that you treat it with respect. If any issues arise during your stay, we’ll do our best to address them as quickly as possible, but please note that no one lives on-site 24/7.

We’re always working to improve the property to make your stay more enjoyable. From time to time, you may notice new additions or small changes, so the space may look slightly different from the photos.
