- There is one outdoor security camera located on the property facing the side yard where a privately owned boat is stored. The camera is not directed toward the house, entrances, or any guest-use areas. There are no indoor cameras of any kind.

- Fire pit use is permitted at guest discretion. Please use responsibly and never leave fires unattended.

- If the washing machine is used during your stay, please leave the lid open after use to allow it to air out.

- A kid-sized folding table and chairs are located in the pantry next to the high chair.

- A privately owned boat is stored on the far left side of the property and is not available for guest use. For safety and courtesy, guests are asked not to climb on or enter the boat.
