'Everything you need is provided and cannot find fault. Bus stop, 112, at end of road to Port Authority and North Elizabeth train station less than a 10 minute walk takes you to Penn Station. There is a supermarket next to the station. However, there are 31 steps up to the apartment and the stairs are steep and narrow. Also, if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs as the planes start overhead at 4.30am and the traffic at about the same time. '

'This is a really beautiful trip and well equipped home close to EWR and NYC, which I visited with 2 of my adult kids. Roy is very prompt and clear with communication. I would be happy to return for future trips.'

'My daughter and I came up for my grandson‘s graduation and enjoyed a wonderful stay right in the heart of Montclair. Everything is walkable from this location as far as food and shopping. Easy access to public transportation just as described in the listing. We will definitely return in the future.'

'The host allowed us to check in around 12pm without charging an additional fee. He was usually pretty quick to respond. Location was easy to find. We had plenty of bedding, towels and wash cloths. House had some updates but could’ve been a little bit cleaner. We didn’t have any disruptions from the other tenants. However parking is tight and a bit of a free for all. The neighborhood is a little run down. We did enjoy our time though and felt safe overall. '

'We needed a place to stay while working on the sale of a family member's house in Princeton. This was perfect and had good parking. We had some problems with the TV the first night, but the owner did everything she could to resolve the situation including sending her son to buy a new tv. We finally got it fixed, but we really appreciated the amount of attention and care she gave.'
