« I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. »

« The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again. »

« This was horrible I do not recommend they deserve 0 stars. I arrived couldn’t check it not that day nor the whole Weekend was there any type of communication to help. So I had to pay more to find a place to stay since it was last minute it was difficult to find something available. »

« Very easy to get to, had various entrances and plenty of parking. They have 2 buildings, one has the suites, one had the regular rooms. They are very conveniently listed near restaurants and stores including IHOP, McDonald's, and GAP. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, tiny gym with basic equipment, has a pool area that extends from an indoor to outdoor pool area. »
