« Perfect home in every way. It felt like we were in a Nancy Meyers inspired set! Loved the ranch style layout, plenty of bedrooms with extremely comfortable mattresses. Three full size bathrooms. The central AC was heavenly! Living room was the central place for us to gather and oh boy what plush and comfortable seating. The neighborhood was lovely to stroll early morning with our coffee and early evening to take in some kayaking at sunset. We loved every aspect of this home and neighborhood. »

« Ok to stay couple nights. House is big but couch, bed were not properly clean. It was smelling. Couch has stain and old . We sit with towel. Other than that bathroom was very nice, big and clean. »

« This house has a great view over the pond. Wonderful sunrises. The layout of the house works well. House was generally clean but not perfect. The house is next to a public beach access which is slightly noisey. AC worked well and was quiet. »

« The house is very close to town - you can walk to get ice cream at scoops and get home before it’s melted. And yet. You’re far enough from town to feel the peaceful calm that Edgartown offers. The sound of church bells / the sea breeze / flower lined streets. If you need a vacation - look no further. »

« The interior is charming. The place was exactly as advertised, which is rare; no surprises-- just right. Thoughtful features like dishes, full kitchen, all the items you could think to want-- from microwave and toaster oven, to keurig and coffee maker, proper fridge, to various utensils. Wifi. Some of the issues: --The enclosed porch wasn't cleaned prior to our visit and was covered in a thick layer of pollen that made it unusable to us. --There was no communication whatsoever from the property manager about planned maintenance.
