« Second time we’ve stayed at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house has all the essentials for a week on MV. The one-level, open floor plan and fenced in backyard is perfect for young families. It’s an easy walk into downtown Edgartown and a short drive to State Beach. Can’t wait to come back! »

« Great home...great location and great vacation. We really enjoyed our stay at Darlene's home which was exactly as represented in the listing. Having access to bikes/chairs/coolers was greatly appreciated. Watching the Perseid Meteor showers on the multiple decks was amazing. Looking forward to coming back. »

« Our stay was actually not a stay! As per usual when we stay at a rental, we do a walk through before bringing our belongings inside. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with odors of mold and mildew. The air in one of the upstairs bedrooms was in the 50's when the thermostat said it was set to 70. In the other bedroom the air was not working at all. We couldn't stay in the house more than 5 minutes with the smell due to both of us having respiratory issues. We called Vacasa immediately and...

« This house, location, and owners are simply fabulous! Our whole family enjoyed the decorations, the cozy feel and the layout of the house. The owners are very kind and eager to help via text or phone. We will be back next year! »

« We stayed as family of four, so plenty of space. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Had every tool we need to cook nice dinner for a few nights. Very pretty quiet area only 5 min from Edgartown by car. Strong WiFi. »

« We absolutely loved our vacation. This house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was the best part. We did lots of scenic bike rides to south beach and Edgartown. The Katama General store was a great stop for breakfast and snacks too. The owner was very pleasant and attentive as well.
