The Space:

Open-concept main floor: fully equipped kitchen with gas range, dining area, and living room wrapped in large windows, anchored by a fireplace. Five bedrooms with plush bedding, including a kids' bunk room with a playful window fairy garden. Two full washer/dryer sets. A hidden nook beneath the stairs works as a workspace and book nook. Western-inspired touches (including the cowboy hat and saddle photo prop) keep it fun. Outdoors: front deck with lounge and dining, back patio with dining for eight, grill, and lounge area, plus the private hot tub with Wasatch views.



Guest Access:

Full access to the entire 2,900 sq ft home, both decks and patio, and the private hot tub. The Bridges location keeps hiking and biking trails, Wolf Creek Golf Course, and Pineview Reservoir close.



The Neighborhood:

The Bridges in Eden — quiet streets, big views, and a central launch point for the valley. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes, Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Snowbasin runs about 20 minutes; downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for Ogden Valley. A ski shuttle to Powder Mountain stops at the community entrance in winter. Garage parking included. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.
