Perfect!
First and foremost the lake home was exactly like it was advertised! It was very very clean, that’s very important to me! The owner had it well stocked even though we brought everything, that was helpful if we had run out of something! Great location, lots of room, the pool was nice to have access to! Our friends had a cornhole tournament in the back yard! It was perfect in every way!

Yearly End of Summer Lake Trip
The house was fantastic it has every amenity you think you may need and then there is more. The kids room has queen size bunk beds so plenty of room for kiddos and space for adults was fantastic. The outdoor porch was where we spent the majority of our time in the mornings and evenings. The pool is a great way for the kiddos and adults to unwind after a long day on the boat exploring and having fun! There is plenty of parking space for your boat. My 16 year old brought his fishing boat as well and enjoyed his time fishing as well. The trailer parking made things really easy. The house is a 5-10 min boat ride to public launch and easy to find! Can’t wait to come Back!!

Felt like home
We absolutely loved our stay. It felt like home. Everything in the home is as pictured. We loved being able to put our boat in the water for the week and having the convenience of a dock. We specifically looked for a house with a dock, and it met our expectations. Check-in was the easiest VRBO or rental we've had so far. The host even let us know when the house was ready early. The host is excellent with any communication. All the linens are nice and make for a great night's sleep. The mattresses are comfortable (we have a Sleep Number bed, so this was a nice treat). Not one time during the week did we catch ourselves saying that we missed our bed. The host also gives you a map with nearby restaurants and marinas that was extremely helpful since it was our first time in the area. The neighbors are nice too. We will be back.

Family Trip
We had a wonderful Family trip! The host was great at responding to messages and answering any questions we had. The house is not far from restaurants and grocery stores. We had plenty of room for my family! We did bring our boat and had a storage place for our trailer. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great property and exactly as described. We stayed here for our son’s Auburn graduation and had a great time. Only negative was the WiFi didn’t work and would have been nice to have some toiletries for taking showers.

We had a such a fun visit to Lake Martin. The house was perfect for how many people we had, the pool was close and clean, and David, the host, was so responsive and communicative. The view of the lake was also a plus. If we were to ever find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Quiet Family Fun Spring Break

Perfect spot! Great aesthetic
We stayed here with our adult children and their SOs. Perfect floor plan for our space and for them to be together downstairs. Outdoor fireplace was a hit. We enjoyed every minute.

The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was right outside the backdoor. The boat slip was perfect for our rental pontoon boat. I recommend Russell marine for boat rental. The master bedroom is upstairs on main level. The other bedrooms are downstairs and were perfect for the kids and other adults. The host was quick to answer my questions. Excellent!

This property was the best home rental property that I have ever stayed at. My group felt right at home. There is great lake access and a boat slip for tying up my boat. When not on the water, we had numerous areas in the house to relax in, with the upper back deck being our favorite spot. All of the beds were very comfortable. The property owner was very easy to deal with. Hopefully this home will be available during our next vacation to Lake Martin.

Long weekend Getaway
My family really enjoyed this beautiful home located directly on Lake Martin! With a family of 7, we all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The beds were super comfy. You can’t beat the amazing outdoor space and the view of the lake and the community pool. We also enjoyed making lattes and expressos each morning! This property is close by to some really pretty hiking trails that I would definitely recommend. Thank you to David for being so responsive to my questions about this property. We hope to visit again soon!
