Plenty of great hiking and scenery all around. A great place to decompress yet plenty of activities nearby. Great value for the price I especially appreciated the fireplace and the firewood. Highly recommended! »

« Cons: - hair on sink, toilet and bath - THICK layer of dust on the mantle which is funny because there were cute Valentine's decorations put up there - Only 2 rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms, no extra so by the end of the stay we ran out - No replacement paper towel - Not nearly enough firewood and no instruction for the air vent on the fireplace (which could just be a me problem lol) - Only 1 extra garbage bag - Really odd mixture of cold and warm lighting Pros: - Massive place -...

« This location was convenient to dinning and to the park enterance. The address was a little hard to find but had I looked at the photo I would have had no problem. Space was large, especially for only 2 people. Didn't cook or use any of the kitchen facilities except coffee pot but seemed to be equiped OK. Front door lock was a bit tempermental. Had to enter the codes several times before it would open and at one point had to call the owner to let us in. »

« Great communication with property owners. Lots of sleeping options. Was a great stay for the whole family; our new-born granddaughter, she loved the upper deck; lots of smiles and coo'ing when taken out there. Grandmas that's 83 enjoyed all of the accommodations and local shopping. »

« Séjour agréable dans un chalet très bien aménagé et équipé, au calme et à proximité des parcs nationaux du Mont Rainier et du Mont St-Helens. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires. Un bémol cependant : en été, la chaleur est telle dans le logement (et la climatisation inefficace), ce qui rend inutilisable le couchage sur la mezzanine. »

« Nice very clean cabin on a quiet street. Driveway is a little steep at the top and some general maintenance stuff needing minor attention but overall a great place to stay a couple nights. Beds were comfortable, there is a fire pit on the side of the house and a community pool down the road you can use if you give the owner a 3 days heads up. Lots of puzzles and games for all ages. Great spot to take the family if exploring Mt Ranier! »

« This was our second time staying at the Wits End retreat. The property is clean, charming and well stocked with tools in the kitchen to make full meals, which we did. The hot tub is super clean and very nice - and the property abuts a little creek that makes a nice relaxing sound while you’re soaking in the hot tub. Great location with proximity to a few little spots in Elbe and also Ashford. Easy check in! Thanks for a lovely stay. »

« Beautiful little cabin. Had everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The beds were rock hard was very uncomfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. The cabin was very clean. Kudos to the cleaning team. »

« Lovely place. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. I recommend driving there during daylight or via Highway 12 in Packwood. Coming from the other direction -forest service Road 52 at night is very winding and dark with few street signs. »
