'Excellent property, incredible views, nice decks to relax on, and just a beautiful surrounding! We had everything we needed! Close to Quoddy Head, lots of hiking, we even drove out to the sand bar at low tide to watch people clamming! Bed was so comfortable, overall 5 stars and we would rent again! Thank you, Catherine for the lovely gift bag full of Maine goodies, and the special touches throughout the home. '

Tide has a very strong scent that is not pleasing to many people. The use of a scent free detergent would create a neutral but clean appearance on the towels and bedding. '

'Our recent "upta camp" stay on this secluded lake was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, the sense of peace was palpable. Within the first ten minutes, we were greeted by the majestic sight of a bald eagle - a truly unforgettable welcome!Our days were filled with nothing but glorious rest and relaxation. 'We spent three nights at Cozy Capen Cottage and it was such a pleasure! This little house is conveniently located close to downtown—a 3-minute drive or, perhaps, a 10-minute walk. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. All supplies are provided, with an abundance of soft towels and washcloths in the bathroom; a Keurig coffeemaker, KitchenAid mixer, blender, and all the knives and kitchen utensils one could possibly hope for in the kitchen; and lucious, white 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases...
