'Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. '

'Stayed week after Christmas--holiday decor and Christmas tree were a perfect touch. Lack of access to local broadcast TV networks on at least one of the Roku TVs is a problem--consider an antenna for local broadcasts. '

We highly recommend a trip to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and Chatham. Eat at Caroline's nearby and hit as many ice cream places as time permits, esp if you’re from California like we are, as nothing beats the local fresh dairy creme out there! 'Even off season this house was exactly what we were looking for it had views that went on forever. Our host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a wonderful holiday. House is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available including steps to the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We look forward to making this an annual tradition. '
