« Immaculate condo in historic Cape Charles. Perfect location on Mason Ave allows for easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach! We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return! »

« The location was perfect, we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we reached out for help with the check in they were very helpful and accommodating. The space was nice and the bed slept great. We did see some dust/cobwebs and the rain shower head could use a good cleaning. However, We would definitely stay here again. »

« Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. »

« The property is NOT AT ALL what it looks like from photos. The building is old and kind of “ghetto”. The parking area was very poor and we ended up parking in the mud as the grass was all torn up. The host communicated with us but we decided not to stay and went to a local hotel instead as the property was THAT BAD! There was something running down the wall in the bathroom. « Enjoyable property. I booked this property because it had a DVD. Seaside Vacations brought us a new DVD player when we didn’t see the DVD. Maintenance could not fix the 2 burner cooking unit in the counter and actually bought a 2 burner electric unit that we could plug in. The key box was a little hard to open but we did manage to open it to get our key. This unit was very convenient to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and Assateague National Seashore. »

« Condo was clean, well furnished, and in a good location. However, there was no view and no access to the outside from the condo. Back windows faced a shed and alley with trash cans. We found out that only the one bedroom units face the street and have a balcony as seen in the picture. The shared roof was at the top of a long staircase. The roof was hot and uncomfortable in the sun. View of the bay was blocked by tree tops. The town itself was very nice. We enjoyed shopping and restaurants. »

« Nice unit, great location, zero amenities on site. Had to go buy paper towels , napkins, dishwasher rabs, laundry on site but no detergent. Towels were meant for a small human! »

« The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money. »
