« Great amenities! Lots of room to have family over to visit. Optional boat rental was a plus!!...comfortable home!….bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and there were plenty of towels. stairs were steep and some areas needed upgrading but overall… great stay and had a good time!! Host replies very quickly and came out to property when I missed the return text..much appreciated ! »

« Loved this cozy barn with it's beautiful property. So much better than I could've imagined. It is so quiet and peaceful with beautifully kept walking trails that take you to stunning lookouts of rolling green meadows. Perfect spot to relax and recharge. Will be staying here again. »

« Staying at AJ's place was at a clean, and safe environment. The house was about 20 minutes from the airport and in the midst of a quiet neighborhood. This (3) bedroom house was close to restaurants, the downtown area and the river front. The beds were comfortable, and all the bedrooms were neatly furnished. Consequently, we slept very peacefully during our 3-night stay. The wide screen TVs worked perfectly, and the shower was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here if we visit Syracuse...

« This house was comfy and cozy from the first moment I stepped inside. A group of six of us were in Cazenovia for a high school reunion, and it was perfect for us. We all had spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen that allowed us to all gather and snack around the center island. The front porch was delightful - each morning most of sat out there with our coffee, watching the sun coming up and many friendly neighbors walking their dogs. One morning we had breakfast for 7 at the large dining room...

« This house was just what we needed. With a lot of extra kitchen ingredients and pots that made our stay more comfortable. Our dog loved the fenced backyard and the front big window too! Elisabeth response to our questions was super quick and made everything easier. Thank you guys! »

« Check in was great. The property was great. The view and location was great. We watched lots of sailboats and geese in the water. There was a huge hot tub for us to enjoy. We BBQ'd on the grill and had plenty of dining seating indoors and out. Also a nice propane fire pit to sit by sipping on our wine the host left for us. There was not a pool like the listing said but we didn't mind. Overall great stay and would stay there again. on our wine »

« Our group really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were larger than expected and comfortably accommodated our group of 7. We really enjoyed that there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Easy to navigate to and very clean! There was also a small market close by and it was very easy to get to Turning Stone. Host was very communicative and responsive. »

« This home on Lake DeRuyter was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house was equipped with all our needs. The owner was responsive with questions. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming was great as weeds were well controlled. The property is dog friendly as well, which made this vacation even better. Will definitely stay again! »

« The photos shown online did not accurately represent the actual condition of the apartment. The location is not the most desireable for people from a small town area who are not used to city dwelling. The host was very easy to deal with. He was advised of a possible gas leak relating to the dryer in the apartment. Hopefully it was taken care of. »

« Weather stunk, so having this lovely cottage to hide out in was really nice. The open front room made for a great hanging out spot with the views and warmth to boot. When we had those few hours of sun, so having the dock right there for our boats, plus the room to park the trailers!! Wicked nice! Well worth staying. »

« Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine. I was so looking forward to an outdoor shower and this one really hit the mark, a great treat. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to our hosts Tom and Lisa. We will be back.
