'We stayed at this location because of the wineries nearby. Both the hotel website and the Debonne winery website advertised free shuttles to and from the winery. The website was clear that the shuttles were daily and complimentary. When we got there we were told first that there weren’t shuttles, and later that there was one going at 4:30, for $39 a person!!! It all felt very sketchy. The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast was solid, but if you are looking for a winery shuttle or helpful...

'Staff was amazing as always! There was a heat advisory and the AC actually took a dive but they called the power company and it was repaired quickly. Breakfast staff also amazing however I think it's time to update the food choices. Dining room was so clean and pretty. Also the two-bed rooms may want to update to queen size instead of double. Just a thought..we were comfortable overall'

'The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. It would’ve been better business to at least provide some sort of comp for the issues. Also coffee was out on second day at front where guests scrambling to get bar to refill it. The hotel...

'Staff are very accommodating, no fault with staff. The property is badly in need of maintenance and updating. Bathroom floor was dirty. Grout dirty, old and shower area had mold. Carpets were stained. Floors in halls and public areas looked like they'd not been cleaned in some time. Furniture was worn and dated. Breakfast was minimal and poor quality. I would not stay here until a major renovation has taken place '

'This was my first time staying in a Best Western. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and they went out of their way to help you. We had to leave before breakfast but they had muffins and yogurt available for us. Shuttle to the Cleveland airport was on time and we were dropped off right off at our airline door.'
