'We rented this house in the winter. 8 adults spent 3 nights in the house mostly cooking and playing board games. The house is very spacious and it's on a quiet street. It was plenty warm (in the winter). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (though it could use a new can opener). The basement rooms were especially quiet at night, which was much appreciated by our light sleepers. It is particularly well equipped for young kids (though there weren't' any in our party). 'We had a wonderful trip to Hamptons Bay and this house was a perfect fit for 2 families with kids ages 2-12. The house is beautifully updated, comfortable beds and very clean. The yard is great! Communication was great, my only suggestion is find out the WiFi ahead as our reception was very spotty without it. Great stay!'
