'“The hotel was large and impressive—very clean, with nice pool access right from my room. Unfortunately, the jet tub wasn’t working properly, and water leaked out, which made quite a mess. The oceanfront view was beautiful, though the waves were too strong for swimming (not the hotel’s fault). The staff were amazing—very kind, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a lovely stay with great service despite a few minor issues.” '
