'Great Place to stay. Convenient to Charlottesville attractions'

'Charming cottage! Great location to Charlottesville and UVA. The cottage was immaculate, beds were comfy and the downstairs kitchen had everything you would need. The cottage owners had thoughtfully created an updated modern feel for a precious historic cottage.'

'The Ivy Rose Tea House was a delight. Very clean, well appointed, fun space. Four of us stayed there and had a great weekend. I definitely would come to the Ivy Rose Tea House again. And the host were great. Just down the road from The Barn Swallow, which is also worth a visit!'

'Very clean and sweet property. Attractively furnished. Check in was easy. Good communication.Kitchen was very easy to use. Did lots of our own cooking. Would have appreciated some quality stainless steel pots and tops as we can’t use anodized cookware for specific health reasons.'

'General cleanliness. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Multiple spiders/bugs throughout. There was also a mug growing mold that was left by the kitchen sink. We ended up not staying over night. We just used the space to get a ready for the wedding we were attending in the area. '

'Several things were not what was expected. Most notably was ants all over the kitchen counters and sink. And very damp towels folded in the bathroom. The towels had clearly not been dried enough and were presented as if useable for morning showers. But we came to find them wet and smelly. We didn’t have time to dry them so we had to use what we could. Finally the beds were in terrible condition that sank into the middle of the- it was a very unpleasant night sleep.'

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for, but what really stood out was the owners. Their communication, hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless. 'This cute home was perfect for our stay in Crozet! It was close to lovely coffee shops. The home was very clean and communication with the host was fantastic! We would stay here again if in the area.'
