This home is located just off the snowmobile trail system offering hundreds of miles of groomed trails accessible from your front door. This beautiful log home will leave you and your guests completely relaxed and ready to enjoy your vacation.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. This home is intended for family gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m and are strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in eviction.
All reservations require a copy of the rental terms be reviewed and signed within 72 hours of booking.
All events exceeding the maximum occupancy require written request and approval from Vacasa.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A boat and canoe are available for guest use.
This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC.

We fell in love with this property, so much so that one family member is considering purchase! It is a quality built house, 3 stories, and plenty of room for 9 adults and 3 toddlers. We highly recommend!We had an issue with the heat, but the manager got an HVAC tech out within 24 hours. We were well taken care of on a holiday weekend.

Cabin was a nice size for our group of 10 with plenty of spaces to gather as a group or find some quiet time alone. The kitchen was generously sized and well equipped. The cabin was clean and grounds were well cared for. Catfish Lake was beautiful and the adults and kids enjoyed fishing from the dock on the property. Our only issue was the condition of the row boat (oar lock was broken) and one of the canoe paddles was broken. The management company did come out and repaired the boat and replaced the canoe paddles.

Check-in was very easy and seamlessKitchen facilities were good with the exception of a lot of gnats around the kitchen sink. We had to treat the issue to resolve. Also, there was a bucket under the sink apparently to capture leaks from the plumbing. There was water in the bucket that was not pleasant to see, smell or know it was there.Overall, the remaining facilities were very good, but most rooms could use much brighter lights, especially the main bedroom. You cannot see anything in your suitcase or dressers. The air conditioning units had some gaps around the window placements which may have contributed to gnats in the upper bedroom. The number of electrical outlets was excellent.Number of towels for size family was great. Laundry very helpful. Grounds were well kept.We would definitely book again if its available.

Annual Family Vacation

We had a great week here. Six adults and five children enjoyed swimming at the beach area, campfires at the fire pit, boating with a rented boat, fishing, and having game nights to end our days. The covered porch was a perfect place to enjoy the scenery any time of the day. Close to Eagle River for exploring or purchasing needed items.We highly recommend staying here as the house is homey, and the property has so much to offer. There was something for everyone.

Good Outweighed Bad

The home and property are beautiful. It suited our family of 15 perfectly. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating in the clear water. The beach area had not been cleaned up or raked, however. The view from the wrap around deck was so beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The living spaces were so roomy and we had no problem being all together or had plenty of space to separate. Much improvement is needed on being specific about what was provided. With 15 people, we ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags, and dish soap. There were lots of trash bins but no direction on which ones to use or anything about recycling. There was only one small AC to cool the main level, one for the lower area, and one portable in one of the upstairs bedrooms (did nothing to cool the other bedroom and loft) There was no AC for the lower level. On the last day we discovered a window AC in a closet. Sure wish we had known it was there as our last night was extremely hot and humid. When we arrived, we could not get the coded lock to work. Found an unlocked door on the deck to get in, Leaving was the same as we could not get the door to lock. Luckily the cleaning crew showed up. It would have been nice to have ice made in the freezer as it took awhile to make some(none in the ice trays either) Overall, we had a great time, but sometimes it's the annoying little things that keep a review from being great.

Great cabin

My husband and I took our 4 kids to Wisconsin for a weekend getaway. The weather wasn’t ideal but the cabin was great. It was big and spacious and the kids loved playing foosball and pool. The water frontage was great; however, it was too chilly to enjoy it. The place was clean and spacious and we all really enjoyed it. The area was quiet too. The place looks like it would be perfect in the summer.

Property was spacious enough for our whole family. We enjoyed the whole Up North feel from the log cabin to the wonderful outdoor property. Very peaceful spot on a beautiful lake. Were able to rent a pontoon boat at a nearby marina.

Fantastic property for larger group

Needing a larger property for a snowmobile trip that could offer sleeping for 11, this place delivered. Great to have 3 full bathrooms, a pool table and other games available to enjoy. Cooking for a large group was a cinch with all the cookware and utensils you could want. I would like to have the property owners do a little touch up on a couple items. There was a broken loose tile in the main bathroom shower. Some of the kitchen cabinets were in need of some attention as well with loose knobs and not closing properly. Overall not a deal breaker and I would not hesitate to rent here again!

Beautiful House and Property

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend for 9 adults. The house is large and well equipped. The lakefront property the house is situated on is expansive with enough room for all sorts of activities including a mini-beach with sand. The dock was perfect for our pontoon rental and we enjoyed boating on Catfish Lake and the chain of lakes that it is connected to. The only cons I would include with my review is that there are no spices in the kitchen including salt and pepper and although there is a canoe and rowboat for use, no floatation devices were supplied which are required by the WI DNR for all watercraft occupants. Would still highly recommend!

Friends weekend

The house was great and really well stocked. The communication during our stay was excellent. The game room was perfect and fun for our group. The only complaint, which really isn't complaining, but bigger TV's would have been great since we were there to watch the Packer game, but we managed just fine with the smaller screen. Great place!!!

Great place that hasn't been updated in years

It's a great property. Hard to go wrong here, but they haven't updated anything, literally anything (maybe towels?) since we stayed here last time a few years ago. They have the same gas weber grill that took some real work to get going. Burners didn'twant to burn. Clogged mess. It's not like it needs much of an update, most stuff lasts for years. Pots and pans, blankets, etc. But the grill. Oh man.. Buy a new grill please.
