'I only stood one night and didn’t use any amenities or interact in much of the staff, but the room was very clean and it was updated and it looked really nice. The hotel was clean as well. Breakfast was served the next morning which was a plus.'

'My stay at the Hampton Inn in Munster was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The smell of marijuana in the hallway was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall guest experience.
The hotel was also overpriced for its location and what it offered. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn locations in different towns for less money, making it difficult to justify the higher rate at this property.
Honestly, for $250, I could have driven to Chicago and stayed somewhere that offered a...

'Specifically chose this hotel for its pool and spa amenities and upon arrival was informed that the pool as well as hot tub were under construction. This was not noted on the description or on their website check out was at 11 and we had housekeeping knocking at the door at 10:50 in the morning rushing us waiting outside of our room for us to leave. Had I known this was going to be my experience I would’ve never booked this room at this location.'
