« HORRIBLE! WORST hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot! Curtain sheers were shredded. Visible stains on bedspreads but when I removed them, there were stains on the duvet underneath. Linens looked worse than my rags; thin, worn and not white. One had washcloths looked like it had been used to white up mud and then not bleached.
When I opened the bathroom door, there was a very strong urine smell. I asked for bleach at the front desk and had to scrub the bathroom before we could use it....

« Beautiful antique decor and spacious room. Rom could have used one more lamp behind the couch and the overhead light on a dinner would have been nice. Not knowing there were no windows in the unit would have been helpful, that was a bit of a shock. Overall a good experience, would go back but not stay in the Lake Riply Room 102. »
