Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo (PineCone Unit 828) features everything you would expect from a condo in the Colorado mountains that is set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains. Located at Tamarron and Glacier Club, one of the premier properties in the area, with over the 700 acres associated with the resort and additional surrounding public land, this condo offers something for everyone! Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

The location of this residence is exceptional because it’s close to the primary recreational amenities of the area (skiing, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking trails, mountain biking, etc.), but still close enough to town for a short trip to experience the plethora of wonderful dining and shopping opportunities in Durango.

This residence features a modern kitchen, a gas fireplace and TVs in the main living space as well as the master bedroom and queen bedroom downstairs. Tamarron is one of the few complexes in the area with AC for the occasional warm summer days. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango.

Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first.
AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site, your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
