Winter Haven

« The place was very nicely kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. It had a welcoming feel and was overall a great place to relax. The only downside was the lack of access to basic cleaning tools like a broom, as well as no washer and dryer available, which would have made the stay more convenient—especially for longer visits. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again, but having those amenities would definitely improve the experience. »

« The house is well updated and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and eating in. Lovely view of the lake from 2 bedrooms, living room and screened porch. Host was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Caretakers of property across street and also helpful and welcoming. Only 40-45 minutes from Disney. Was a good home base for our 12 day stay. Neighborhood generally quiet and friendly. »

« This home exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our group of 7 adults and 1 teen. The host was outstanding, with excellent communication before and during, and even after our stay. We were in town for a wedding and the house was close to a lake, Publix and all the places we needed to be. We also left a dress shirt behind and host was great about getting in touch with me and making sure she got it back to us. Everything went smoothly,...

« This is my new winter haven place! It was clean! I only go to Winter Haven for tournaments and this was perfect for that. There are 2 small homes/rentals behind the property and they are accessed by walking through the fence that surrounds the house and through the back yard - but we didn’t use the patio or backyard so that was not a problem for us. Parking is good in the front. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some frozen pizza after a long day. Stores are pretty close. Like I said,...
