'Host was attentive and welcoming. The home was clean and very large. Unfortunately, none of the tv's worked. The host came over but each time the tv's stopped working. The kitchen is beautiful, however minimally equipped. There is a bbq grill. Very large property. Over all excellent stay but no tv's were frustrating. We would stay again.'

'It was our 2nd stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. It is a very cozy and convenient villa at an ideal location for trips. Indoors gives the atmosphere of your regular home. 'I stayed here because I was going to the Bok Towers for a wedding. It was really close by and perfect driving distance to other things as well. The house is beautifully decorated and there are little things there for your use that you might not think you need. Very thoughtful. The bed I used was also extremely comfortable and everything was just so nice. I appreciate the thought put into everything.'

'Spacious and well equipped accommodation with nice garden, in small town near several lakes (nice for hiking, fishing etc). Garden needs a little care, and the house is quite noisy. Nearby Lake Wales has some great places to eat and lake Kissemmee as well as Polk's nature discovery centre are well worth the visit.'

'My family was scheduled to stay here and unfortunately my wife and kids were in a serious car accident, rendering us unable to complete the trip. Obviously the timing to cancel was not ideal (it happened a couple days before the planned trip), but obviously that wasn't planned on our end either. Reached out and the property manager, offering to provide documentation of the incident and everything. Manager said he'd reach out to the owner to see if any possible refund could be considered.
