Set in the hills of Dundee, you'll be able to relax in a very comfortable home with all the bedrooms, living spaces, and kitchen on one main floor. Enjoy the updated kitchen with unique counter-height windows overlooking the deck and backyard which will be planted with 530 tea plants coming spring of 2023.

Bright and pleasant, this three-bedroom home welcomes you in with classic hardwood floors and inviting area rugs. Kick back and relax in the spacious living room on the lounge chairs or spread out on the comfy sofa as you gather around to play a game or binge-watch your favorite shows on the SmartTV. Stay cozy and warm on those chilly winter evenings or crisp mornings aside the gas fireplaces located in both the living room and lounge off of the kitchen.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, lots of space for cooking, and gorgeous quartz countertops. You'll find everything you need for preparing almost any dish! Serve up that perfect meal to family and friends with a dining area with seating up to six guests. Wake up the next morning with a fresh cup of Caravan Coffee, courtesy of Lifestyle Properties. The charming kitchen is designed to help you whip up a tasty dish, or put together an appetizer plate to go with your wine. Set out a few small bites on the kitchen counter or dining room table while you indulge in a bottle of local wine.

Off the kitchen is access to a great deck with wonderful valley views. Enjoy al fresco dining with seating for six and a new BBQ grill for the chef to prepare a variety of your favorite dishes.

As the day winds down, the restful beds will lull you into a peaceful night's sleep. With room for sleeping six, this home is the perfect spot for a family or up to three couples to enjoy a nice time to refresh your well-being. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached en suite bathroom with a standing shower. The additional two guestrooms offer lush queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Guests will love the luxurious bathroom amenities including large fluffy towels!

Head up 9th Street/Worden Hill to wander through the main part of the Dundee wine country. A shoulder walkway will allow you to visit Domaine Roy by foot if you are up for the hike! Dotted with vineyards, tasting rooms, and stunning views, there is no wrong place to start your journey.
