'The owner is wonderful, cannot say enough good things about her. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Communication was excellent, location was quiet and peaceful. Already talking about our next visit back there. Perfect place near the finger lakes! Book it! '

'The fireplace was wonderful, it did get cold enough to use it. The bed was comfy and the couch was perfect for napping or sleeping. The kitchen had nice pans and a few cooking necessities like oil and spices. We were fascinated by the hay bale construction of the cabin and how beautiful and warm the house was. We self toured our little section of woods and said hello to the sheep. Unfortunately the weather was quite cool so we did not spend much time out doors. '

'This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.'
