« Beautiful place to stay »

« Such a great location!!! »

« Wonderful experience. This was our third stay at South Pier Inn. We're hopelessly attached to the liftbridge, the lake views and the easy walk over the canel--not to mention the stunning evening-lit skyscape of the city! »

« Beautiful lake view. Great staff who sent a complimentary bottle of wine for our 50th anniversary. Breakfast options are great. Perfect distance to walk to so many shops and restaurants. »

« Bel hôtel! Très confortable! »

Cf photos jointes. Sans oublier que pour tous ces...

« Breakfast was outstanding! Need better pillows and a heavy blanket! »

« The bathroom in our room was filthy! There were visible short and curly dark hairs in and around our shower, along with a pile of dirt/debris. The soap shelf was dirty. Their was visible dust on the alarm clock and lamp(s) and visible dirt on the tile entryway and debris on the carpet; making it obvious that they didn’t vacuum, sweep or dust. I went down to the front desk to let them know and Tim the desk clerk was mortified and offered us another room right next door. I went to check out that...

« Conveniently located and nicely remodeled, our unit had everything we needed. The deskless service went smoothly and I was able to reach someone to provide information to them. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight. »

« Second visit to this property for our stay. We enjoyed it as much as the first time, plenty space to the room and a surprise to see we also had a balcony with our lake view! Appreciated the option to have a refrigerator, coffee maker, and extra bedding at our disposal as well as a robe to use! Quiet space, but welcoming and warm, always seemed to have someone available if we needed something. Connected to restaurants, shops and walkways to see and do other things beyond this lodging. Im...
