Thank you for spending time for us during your trip to Ireland. I am particularly grateful for your suggestion regarding the lighting in your apartment. We are addressing the less-well-lit apartments by adding additional lighting and look forward to this work being complete soon. As we are an aparthotel, weekly cleans are included for medium and long stays, and are available on request at all times for all others. This should have been communicated more clearly at the point of booking and at reception on check in. We hope to welcome you back soon, where we will allocate you in a brighter apartment.
