Prima hotel!!!!
Prima hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers omboeken omdat ze niet naast elkaar lagen was geen probleem en werd alsnog geregeld. Schone, ruime kamers. Leuke locatie. Erg gezellig. Ontbijt gemiddeld, veel was op en werd niet vlot aangevuld, dat was jammer. Verder een prima verblijf.

Prepayed booking but no room available?
This is a beauthifull hotel, it's a pitty that prepayed rooms by Expedia were not hold because we were 2 days late, we booked for 4 days and when we arrived the 2 last days were resold!!!! The hotel staff didn't wont to contact Expedia to make an arrangement with an hotel nearby. So we tried to contact them ourselves, but the helpline at Expedia was overloaded. We dead à mail to the helpdesk of Expedia, we received an automatic mail ....... overloaded? We send another mail 4 days later, .......OVERLOADED? after à week now we are still waiting for news and a refound for the 2 last days since the room wasn't available!!!! What a bad expérience for surch à nice trip and hotel. We found imidiate help at the Springfield hotel.

Dear Guest, We are deeply sorry that we could not accommodate you at The Court Yard Hotel. Unfortunately, as you may understand, all rooms that do not arrive as booked are considered no shows and they are going back for sale unless otherwise instructed by the guest - especially when only 1 night penalty applies in case of late cancellation or no show. The hotel tried to contact you and Expedia customer service in relation to your reservation on the arrival date and the day after with no avail. Therefore we only presumed that you will no longer stay with us as per your original reservation. It was an unfortunate situation and we hope that we will have the pleasure to welcoming you back in the future.

Nice and convenient hotel, good value for money
Very nice hotel in close proximity of the Intel offices. Dublin airport and city are app 30 minutes drive. Very kind staff and good service. Value for money.

Fijn hotel
Prima hotel met ruime, goed ingerichte kamers. Hotel gesitueerd in een klein plaatsje, dicht bij Dublin wat per bus (€ 3.30 enkele reis) goed te bereiken is. Bushalte op 500 m van het hotel. Er is ook voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid.

mooi en aangenaam hotel vriendelijke mensen
een klein foutje hebben ze gemaakt. Als je sloten van de kamers willen veranderen moeten ze dat vermelden in de hal of in de lift. Na een daguitstap wil ik naar mijn kamer en ik kon met mijn kaart niet in mijn kamer ze hadden het slot verandert en ook de klink van de deur. Na een hele rompslomp (identiteitskaart tonen, mijn bankkaart terug aankoppelen aan de kamernummer en een bevestiging van iemand van het personeel) kreeg ik een andere kaart om mijn kamer te betreden. Heel gemakkelijk ging het zijn als ze wachten tot ik vertrok uit het hotel of als ze het vermelde als ik toekwam.

The facility was good, my only concern was that the ADA room shower doesn’t have a barrier to avoid the water to leak out to the door, the water ends up flooding the foyer.

The property has historic appeal, great customer service and the heated towel rack in the bathroom was a nice touch. The dining optioms on-site were all wonderful. Great pub amd disco!

Check in at 4pm and absolutely no flexibility at reception, in fact the woman was almost rude in her response, basically room is available at 4pm and not before. I do get they need time to turn around rooms, but not everyone checks out at noon, so there must be at least a possibility of getting a room sooner, they said they'd call if it became available, they didn't, however we managed to get a room when we returned at 1540, but even then I noticed the clock watching. Room 109 shower control would not change temperature and was too hot, hairdryer worked intermittently. TV channels - fuzzy and not visible on some channels, like rte1. Bed was comfortable, about the only positive of note. If you let your guests into hotel as soon as you possible can, they start spending in the hotel at earliest opportunity. If you alienate guests and of course, sometimes early check in is just not possible, then they are less likely to spend on site.

Lovely hotel, lovely area, lovely breakfast, lovely steak in the restaurant, staff really nice, the only down side was the bathroom in the room, it is quite dated with a few cracked tiles and black silicone around bath. Still a really nice place to stay though.

Very average.
I haven't used the Court Yard for more than 10 years due to a change in my working area, however I was asked to visit a old customer and therefore booked the same hotel as I used to use, with a higher than average room price, I was expecting it to be as fresh as it once was. Sadly the bathroom was dated and in general it was very average. Nothing wrong but I was disappointed (especially at the higher than average for the area price).

Lovely little hotel with beautiful grounds. The staff in the bar were excellent, and the service was top notch. Got the burger and have to say that me and my partner loved. Really nice atmosphere with all the sport on different Tv's . Would definitely go back.

The worst hotel experience
Terrible experience: - Not possible to open window, so very very warm rooms with really bad air quality - Staff not friendly - Parking included, but no spaces - 22 euro burger: got overcooked bouncy ball after 40 min. - Need code to get out of parking, but noone gave info - late for work. - Charged double for breakfast by error This is an expensive hotel where you have high expectations, but absolutely everything is going wrong

48th Anniversary stay
All the staff at the Court yard were brilliant very attentive and helpful, we must pick out one lady in the breakfast area and the guy with the beard sorry I didnt get there names but they know who they are.
