Villa Magnolia features ducted heating & cooling in the living area and all bedrooms. Ceiling fans have been appointed to the living/dining area and all three bedrooms.

THE LOCATION

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, however, please note that the BBQ and pool area are shared spaces and are not for guest use. (property is located within a gated community).
