Superb hotel with amazing rooms and breakfast (one of the best I have ever seen). Service is premium, swimming pool is nice and well organised and people are not too close from each others with 3 different pools ; beach is calm and nice as well. Kid club is very secure. Dining options are very good and above average with one Michelin star portugese and a super Japanese concept. In this hotel you do not have the bad feeling to be in a big touristic hotel. Only things were that part of the kids areas were not available in a bad shape and some work around swimming pools could make noise during the stay.

Super séjour dans un hôtel magnifique !
Génial !! L'hôtel est superbe ! Le confort est au top ! Le service est parfait ! Le cadre est très sympa, on oublierait presque qu'on est dans une grande ville ! On a tout aimé: accès, chambre, piscine, plage, repas, situation, service...!!! Possibilité de se promener à pied jusqu'au quartier "La Mer". Sinon en taxi, tout est faisable à des prix très raisonnables.

I’ve been lucky enough to stay in tens of hotels over the 20 years I’ve been travelling, two/three times a year but I can honestly say this is without doubt the best. Just an unreal experience, spotless, the staff are on hand and foot to help with anything you need. The multiple pools are beautiful, the beach is lovely and as for the restaurants, well, faultless. This will now be my main hotel I shall be staying at.

Everything was very good, the hotel is very beautiful and the restaurant Tasca is excellent, with a beautiful infinity pool. The only negative point is that out room had a hammering and drilling noise during the day because of some construction, but as we were out during most part of the days, exploring the city, it didn’t impact us that much

ive stayed here before and its still in great condition and great service. just super expensive. grabbed a quick espresso at the cafe downstairs and i was charged $17. theres no need for that type of extortion.

unfortunately in room service has detonated. extremely slow in delivering. shortage of staff which I was told . but with mandarin oriental one do not expect specially price has been increased dramatically. so expect smooth service . request for improvement .
