Getting Around:

Getting around Grande in Downtown Dubai is convenient, thanks to the area's well-developed infrastructure and central location. Located in the Opera District, Grande is just a short walk—typically 4 to 10 minutes—from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station on the Red Line, which connects you to key areas across the city, including Business Bay, Dubai Marina, and Dubai International Airport. For areas not directly served by the metro, Dubai’s extensive bus network and the RTA Bus-On-Demand service offer affordable and air-conditioned options. The Bus-On-Demand service, in particular, is a flexible choice for short rides to metro stations or nearby destinations and can be booked easily through the app for around AED 5.



Downtown Dubai is also very walkable, with wide, clean sidewalks and shaded paths, especially around the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera. For added convenience and fun, you can rent e-scooters or bicycles, which are widely available and ideal for navigating short distances. Taxis are plentiful and metered, with options for hailing on the street or using apps like Careem or Uber for door-to-door service. Check-In & Check-Out Details:

Our standard check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Arrivals outside of these hours will incur an out-of-schedule fee of AED 200, payable at check-in.



Security Deposit:

The Security Deposit of AED 3000 is applicable for Direct Bookings only.



Payment Information:

Payments made via card or payment link for other incidentals will include a 3% bank service fee. To avoid this charge, we recommend settling any additional fees in cash.



Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

Available only upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges apply.



Guest Registration:

Passport copies for all guests must be submitted prior to check-in for building management registration and to ensure a smooth arrival process.



Cleaning Services:

The cleaning fee covers check-out cleaning only. Any extra cleaning during your stay will incur additional charges.



Amenities & Supplies:

Items such as extra linens, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and cleaning materials are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.

Towels, linens, toiletries, and coffee capsules are supplied once at the start of your stay. Additional requests will be subject to extra charges.



House Rules:

Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

Violation of this rule will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit.



Lost Keys or Access Cards:

Apartment Key Replacement: AED 300

Access Card / Parking Transponder Replacement: AED 500
