We had to call the property manager twice in two days. Once because the toilet was broken then again to replace the furnace filter. It was incredibly dirty and we had family with asthma staying. 'Nice little house. Cozy enough for my family. Beds were very comfortable. Couchs in living room were not. Had to search for towels, they were in a bedroom dresser dwarer (weird spot). They were also old and scratchy. Appreciate places that authorize having dogs. Back yard was decent size, gets muddy around the edges when it rains. I picked the place for the price. Ended up driving a lot more to the other side of Clarksville, to see family or decent places to eat. No easy way to get from one...

'We had a great 3-day weekend at this house. It is immaculate inside and has an amazing covered back deck with views of the lake. The large gently sloping yard made access to the lake easy. The owner met us when we arrived to show us around the house and answer any questions. He was also quick to respond when we messaged him and checked on us after a line of thunderstorms came through the area.'

'University of MN Crookston stayed there while attending the ACHA convention at Murray State. After a 16 hour drive, it was a beautiful place to arrive at. Very easy to navigate to and from the house to Murray State. If the club is ever going to that area again, we will most definitely be staying there! Thank you!!'

'Overall great visit and I would stay again. All communication was great and check in very easy. Inside was clean, well appointed, and in great shape. King bed we used was nice and comfortable. Although inside was great, outside was in need of a major cleaning. Lots of dirt, dead bugs, old spider webs and mud dauber nests everywhere on walls, windows and doors.
