(Family) -Urlaub from 49,00 € per day in a cozy cottage Ostfrieslandtraum in Dornumersiel-Westerbur, Oll Diek 5, 26553 Dornumersiel-Westerbur (near the beach with three bedrooms, large conservatory, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, terrace, Barbecue and beach chair).

Holidays for the whole family at a very good price / performance ratio. In our approx. 80 m² holiday home on the North Sea is room for up to 6 people (4 adults.-Bed + 1 bunk bed for 2 children). Our house is u. a. equipped with a large conservatory, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, a fireplace, barbecue, beach chair, wireless internet, over 150 video films. Since September 2018, my holiday home is completely fenced or surrounded by hedge and privacy. In addition, a second car parking space was set up. The very reasonable prices include Wi-Fi, washing machine use, final cleaning and energy costs. In addition, we have for our guests from the spring on the beach of Dornumersiel up until the fall of a beach chair, which is available in the accounting period on every odd day. In the immediate vicinity there is a playground and soccer field. There is also a small shop nearby, where you can u. a. can buy fresh bread. In approx. 2 km distance to the holiday home Ostfrieslandtraum u. a. a supermarket and various restaurants.

My cottage is u. a. equipped with various toys, a tricycle and a wagon and is rented all year round. Enjoy with us a well deserved holiday, regardless of the season and at the same time do something for your health.

Especially healthy is the bracing climate of the lake during the cold season. After a walk through the cold sea air, you can make yourself at the fireplace cozy.

Note for train travelers:
If you plan to arrive by train, we can organize on request a shuttle service from the train stations z. B. in Esens or north to the House.

Our house is ideal for families with children. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement with us. You will find our comfortable house in Dornumersiel-Westerbur. To the nearest supermarket and the beach is a short drive. Directly in Westerbur you can provide foot in a few minutes with fresh bread etc..

On the upper floor of the holiday home Ostfrieslandtraum you have a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom, also with a double bed available. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. There is also a third bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 children. upstairs Furthermore, a separate toilet available.

On the ground floor offers a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD players, over 150 videos, numerous books and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils. Furthermore, there is the ground floor bathroom with bath and washing machine.

Outside there is a terrace in south-west location with a beach chair and umbrella. In our garage you are u. a. a wagon, a tricycle, etc. available.

Would you like to borrow sheets and towels? For this purpose locally 10.00 € / person is charged. In this case, the beds are already made upon arrival.

Do you want firewood for the in-house fireplace? For this purpose € 4.00 per woodpack will be charged locally.

In our house by agreement, up to 2 dogs or Cats welcome. For them, a daily fee of 5.00 € per dog or Cat raised.

In the main / holiday season, the house is only weekly (i. Sat. - Sat.) rented.

For shorter stays of 2 - 6 days (only bookable outside the holiday season) we charge a surcharge of 10,00 € for 6 nights to 50 € for 2 nights. One night is not possible.

In addition, the spa rises seasonally a spa tax, for which you get the North Sea Service Card.
