Holiday for the whole family at a very good price / performance ratio. In our approx. 95 m² Holiday home on the North Sea is suitable for up to 7 persons (max 4 adults + 3 children) incl.-beds + 1 bunk bed for 2 children + 1 cot) and you can bring up to 2 dogs. Our house has its own fenced playground and a garden and is u. a. equipped with a sauna, wireless internet, telephone, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob and with oven, microwave, toaster and a barbecue and beach chair on the terrace. It also has a small wall-mounted wardrobe in the parents' bedroom. In addition, the Risel-Ferienhaus has a fenced-in terrace, a. with life trees as a screen protector. The very reasonable prices are including washing machine and dryer usage, final cleaning and energy costs. In addition, we have for our guests from the spring on the beach of Dornumersiel up until the fall of a beach chair, which is available in the accounting period on each straight day. In about 500 m distance to the Risel-Ferienhaus is located, a. a supermarket and various restaurants.

My house is u. a. equipped with various toys, a tricycle and a cart and is rented all year round. Enjoy with us a well deserved holiday, regardless of the season and at the same time do something for your health.

Especially healthy is the bracing climate of the lake during the cold season. After a walk through the cold sea air, you can warm up in the sauna and relax by the fireplace fire.

Note for train travelers:
If you plan to arrive by train, we can organize on request a shuttle service from the train stations z. B. in Esens or north to the House.

Our house is ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. You will find our cozy detached east of Dornumersiel Deep. To the nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes walk and the beach is on foot in about 15 - 20 minutes.

On the upper floor of the Risel-Ferienhauses you will find the master bedroom with double bed and a children's bed as well as the children's room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed for 2 children, a table and chairs and a flat screen TV. Furthermore, there is a shower room upstairs.

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player as well as numerous books. The kitchen was renewed in 2018 and is equipped with a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, table-top oven, toaster, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils. On the ground floor there is a second shower room available.

Outside you will find a wind-sheltered south-facing terrace with a beach basket, as well as a sauna, newly renovated in 2016, in the annexe. For the younger guests we have a house playground for children and a playground. We also provide a wagon and a tricycle available.

Would you like to borrow sheets and towels? For this purpose locally 10.00 € / person is charged. In this case, the beds are already booked upon arrival.

Do you want firewood for the fireplace? For this, € 4,00 per wooden pack is charged on the spot.

In our holiday house are also up to 2 dogs or Cats welcome. For them a daily fee of 5.00 € per dog or Cat raised.

In the main / holiday season the house is only weekly (i.th. Sat. Sat.).

For a shorter stay of 2 - 6 days (only bookable outside of the holiday season) we charge an extra charge of 10,00 € for 6 nights to 50 € for 2 nights. An overnight stay is not possible.

In addition, the spa rises seasonally a spa tax, for which you get the North Sea Service Card.
