'I booked through Expedia for pay when you arrive. I attempted to check in on my reserved date (at 1130p) and was told my reservation was cancelled bc when they ran my card (the day before I check in) it declined. I received no call, text, email but get surprised upon check-in w no option to stay bc the hotel was over booked. 'Clean room and nice breakfast'

'I wasn't in the room very much, but it was comfortable when I returned at the end of the day. No worries about bugs or dirty sheets. It was a very nice stay with friendly staff.'

'There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.'

'The service was excellent, the room was spotless. It is probably due for some upgrades but overall it was good. I would expect more for the price. Expedia wasn’t the best rate…I should have searched better because I paid $150/night more than other people in my party.'

'When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for'

'Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM. I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

'If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!'

'Cleanliness of the room was really good. That is what we loved the most about styau g in this hotel. The breakfast was good as well, in general better than continental breakfast offered at other hotels. Very satisfied with our stay here.'
