'The tablet check-in does not work, and it also failed for other guests the day before and in the same day. The provided phone number is unreachable. The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. Communication with the accommodation is only possible via email, and no assistance regarding noise issue was provided. The rooms might look nice in theory, but in practice are poorly executed without any soundproofing. '

'A small hotel but very cute settings. Have a playground for children. Room is very clean, comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. We stayed at the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, but the staff help us and have the luggage delivered to our room. '

'The property had appeared a bit deteriorated. But other than that, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and tranquil area and was close to tourist spots. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.'
