'Comfortable and clean'

'We have stayed there 3 times now and check in is extremely slow and cumbersome with sighing a lot of paperwork hotel is new and convenient but will not stay again. '

'It is an unique location at the city, mine host was very kind and helpful.'

'The rooms were clean and the entire experience was good . The only problem is they didn’t have syrup for the pancakes and waffles for two days and no non-pork selections for there meats/protein . Overall it was a good hotel .'

Special shout out to the clerk at the desk who helped me out in need...And special shout out to the bartender who made us one of his special drinks.'

'Our stay was great and we will be going there again. Javex was used for cleaning something and that smell never went away so perhaps an additional could have been used to get rid of that strong smell. I’m still eating it a 10 since it was a great place to stay 😊'

'Het hotel ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Een prima ontbijt. Kamer met goede voorzieningen. Inchecken zeer snel, effectief en vriendelijk. Overigens mag er wel een lift extra.'

'Attendant was not present at the front desk upon check in and for checkout. When she arrived the check in took 15-20 minutes. Though I reserved a King size bed, it was not available so I ended up with two double beds. Thermostat in room was not functioning. Only allowed a heat setting of 77 degrees or a cool setting of 60 degrees. TV turned on by itself at midnight then powered off by itself. Smoke alarm in room flashed green all night. '

'Het hotel ligt in het zuiden van Virginia, dus de gesproken taal bij de receptie is ook met zuidelijk accent. Internet vrij toegankelijk (1 uur max. per keer). De keycards voor de kamer moesten elke dag opnieuw ingesteld worden (technische fout?). Ontbijt mogelijkheid ruim aanwezig (niet inbegrepen).geen douche bij zwembadje en ik vond het erg gechloord.'

'Service was amazing. Hotel was nice and clean. First night was great. The second night we didn't sleep very well as the pop machine was making super loud noises. The hotel told us they couldn't do anything about it because the pop machine was owned by someone else. They couldn't adjust our cost as we went through expedia and expedia never got back with us. I would so stay at this hotel again just not close to the pop machine.'

'We’ve stayed here many times! The suites are perfect, spacious, comfortable and very very clean. Whole place is clean inside and out. You can sit outside on the patio. Staff is super attentive to all your needs. I love having the option of cooking. Each well is supplied with your essentials for cooking. A 10 out of 10! '

'The staff there was great. The owner/ manager, not so much. After Expedia stated I could pay cash upon check in, the guy said it was not the policy to accept cash but he would do it this time and was doing me this great favor. A real choad he was and I didn't appreciate his attitude.'

'The bedrooms are nasty dirty. I bought disinfectant wipes to clean the room myself. The walls are dirty. The tubs are stained. The bath towels are stained. The breakfast food was okay. The OJ juice carafe empty after three people fills up the cups provided. The stairs are nasty dirty. The waffles are amazing. However the restaurants around there are all delicious. While taking a shower, the water and bathroom stinks. '

'The pool was indoors but it was too cold for my 8 yr old. The entire property was very clean but needs some upgrades. Everyone was very friendly. '
