'Always a great place to stay!'

'Great place to stay! Only issue is that the receptionists and other hotel staff have a hard time speaking English. I almost had an issue with lost luggage and the ladies at the front couldn't understand what I was trying to say. It was very clear that a few bags might be missing so keep an eye out. Their response, "we do not understand". Also, the rooms could use wall hooks for hanging clothes/sweaters/purses/etc.'

'We absolutely love this hotel, but our recent stay was'nt pleasant due to a hockey team directly above us that allowed their children to jump off the bed until well after 1 AM. I finally called the front desk to complain as we couldn't fall asleep due to the non stop jumping off the bed that been going on for close to four hours. I really wish parents would start teaching their children how to behave in public. Thank you to the Front desk attendant that took our concern serious and called and...
