'What a wonderful experience staying at the Borland House is! With the quaint, homey feeling of the whole house, to the kindness of the staff. Your stay will absolutely be lovely. Ample towels are provided for the private, spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bedding and well appointed decorations are in the bedroom. I was in the Hummingbird Suite. I could see myself living there, it just had everything I needed. I look forward to visiting again in the future!'

'I stood there last month for our anniversary. It was so nice and quiet. The staff were nice. If you want to eat you have to go into town there was a restaurant across the street but it was close the day I was there. The lodge is close to the park '

'The room was bigger than I expected. The bathroom was clean. The front lobby has a Starbucks. Quick to check in and quick checkout. They brought us extra towels when we needed some for our children. The television channels could use an upgrade (I haven't seen that kind of resolution since the 90s lol)'

'We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....
