'The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. 'We all hate reviews that say "I would have given it 11 stars if I could." Yep, this is definitely one of those! Incredible rental with friendly hosts. The house is very well appointed on a beautiful property. My husband and I especially loved the enclosed, screened back room that faced the jungle. We woke to howler monkeys and enjoyed hearing the occasional iguana fall from the trees. My hubs likes to "play it by ear" when we travel and I like to do the same AFTER I have all the info I need. :)...

'So fun to have resident Iguanas living under the deck (they do like fruit). The birds love the pool for their morning bath. Great to have the 2 car garage. Great layout and location. Great pool. Will come back!'
