'The castle was beautiful. Exquisite decore, game room, and Jess went over and above any other other place we've stayed in the past. Prior to arriving she checked on any food allergies that may effect our breakfast. She made excellent suggestions for dinner, when she found it was our anniversary, she had left a bottle of wine, and an anniversary card next to the bed. So many other little personal extras made our stay so pleasant. We have never had a more pleasant experience. '

'We stayed one night at the B and B and Connie was wonderful in welcoming us to the property and making sure we were comfortable. The property was very quaint and unique. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the shared bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and Connie was very attentive. '

'Leuk Victoriaans huis, vriendelijke inn-keeper, prima ontbijt. Erg romantisch; een badkuip op pootjes in je kamer. Het enige nadeel is dat je zittend moet douchen, wil je niet heel de kamer nat maken. Wij hadden Ann's room, een erg sfeervolle kamer. Je kunt dagelijks aangeven wat je voor je ontbijt wilt. Vers fruit en mooi opgediend. Bij mooi weer in de tuin. Aanrader!'

'2nd time here. Only thing I was not a fan of was limited bathtub options. End up in a room across from the pool so a lot of traffic at our window. 2nd floor and up only, for next time. Great staff, great breakfast and excellent pub and restaurant onsite. Take your clubs if you stay here. Beautiful course surrounding the property. '

'The Nittany Lion in is absolutely charming! I was visiting for the arts festival and enjoyed my stay very much. We dined on the patio at Lionne, had morning coffee in Dear Joe’s, and cocktails and snacks in Tripletts. Loved all of it! I want to come back in the fall to enjoy cocktails by the fire on Tripletts patio and in the 1855 lounge. Can’t wait for fall!'

'My first impression was it seemed empty. Not a lot of cars in the parking lot and upon entering looked quiet. Renovations definitely going on. The room was definitely recently done and was sparkling clean. Only negative was the walls are pretty thin so you hear every door closing. Great staff. Very helpful with every question. Left something behind and called. They were very responsive in trying to help us out and called me back to let me know they located the item. '
