Located on the ground floor of a quiet residence in the very heart of the town centre, the flat comprises a lovely 30 m² living area opening onto a fitted kitchen and a TV lounge, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 30 m² living area with a fully fitted kitchen (including: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, single-door fridge-freezer, four-ring induction hob, dishwasher and microwave). A lounge area with a TV and a dining area with a table seating six.
- A bedroom with two queen-size beds (160x200cm) and a wardrobe.
- A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200cm).
- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double washbasin.
- A separate toilet.

Neighbourhood:
- L’Alba enjoys an exceptional location right in the centre of Dinard, just 150 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants....
- Dinard’s fabulous market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 10-minute walk away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private parking space in the residence’s courtyard (open courtyard).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Saint-Malo railway station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car
