This two bedroom and two bathroom condo is in the heart of downtown Dillon! The view from Lake Cliffe E201 is one of the many reasons you should make this your next vacation rental! Take in all that Dillon has to offer when you stay here. The Dillon Marina is just steps away. You are also walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

After a long day of adventure, nothing beats coming back to your condo and being able to relax in front of the fireplace. You can also enjoy the stunning views from the living room while relaxing and sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Or want to relax in a hot tub instead? The nearby clubhouse has two hot tubs, pool, sauna and more. The clubhouse has recently been remodeled.

All of your favorite outdoor activities are just right out your front door. Whether you're looking to ski, bike, kayak, SUP, or rent a boat, it's all here! Then come back to the condo to watch the most colorful sunset you'll ever see!

The central location of Frisco means you are less than a 20 minute drive to Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain, additionally Vail Ski Resort, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski Areas are a 30 minute drive; each offering fabulous skiing, snowboarding and on-mountain activities. In town, the Frisco Adventure Park offers Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and tubing during the winter and transforms to a bike park during the summer. Regardless of what your adventure plans are, this location makes it super convenient being walkable to the free Breckenridge/Copper public shuttles.

The Dillon Reservoir offers on-water activities as well as scenic easier hikes. There are three 14ers in Summit County, and plenty of hiking trails of all skill levels a short drive away. Nice views

Property is nice and has great views. Next to the amphitheater so it’s very loud during concerts. It got pretty warm inside and there was only a small table fan. I’d recommend providing more fans and switching the bedroom curtains to blackout. We had trouble with the exterior door lock which was stressful.

President’s Day ski trip

Location was super convenient. Check in was easy. Communication was timely. The place was nice - beds were cozy and comfy. We made great use of the steam shower also.

Not worth the money

For almost $1200 for 2 nights I would have expected a coffee pot that made more than 4 cups - and one fan. We have stayed in a LOT of places - this was NOT up to par. Carpet was filthy and stained - pillows were old - very hard. ONE tiny fan for the whole condo WITH NO A/C. So it was hot - musty. And dry. Location was great if you want to be next to the amphitheater.

Not up to our standards.

We visit Summit County 4 -6 times each summer. Due to availability, we had to choose a different property. What a mistake! This condo was by far the worst one we have ever rented. On a scale of 1-10, this was a 3 only because of the location. All of the others we have rented are between a 7-10. We would be happy to rent any of them again. Thankfully, our stay at this one was for only two nights. The thing that really gets me is the price. We paid for a higher end condo and the condition of the condo was for a budget condo. Location – Prime location. Across from the Dillon Amphitheater & great lake views. Cleanliness – This is mixed. Clean, but couch had a strong smell of sweat. We I didn’t want to sit in it. Comforter in bedroom had the same smell. Hot out, so we didn’t use comforter. I’m assuming it was not washed. Condition of Condo - Extremely outdated. Everything seemed 15 + years old. Pictures online must have been taken when the furniture was new. TV’s in the bedroom were at least 12 years old. Zoom in on the online pictures. I looked up the model of one of the TVs and it was manufactured between 2012 – 2017. Lightbulbs were mis-matched. Some warm and some bright white. Really??? There are some condo owners that want guests to enjoy their stay and other owners that want to milk every last penny out of their original furniture. I would not stay here again and/or recommend it. Many other nicer and updated condos to choose from in the area.

Great location in Dillion

Condo right on Lake Dillion, very walkable to the lake which was great to walk on when frozen. Good location to all the ski resorts. Condo needs a little TLC in the guest bathroom with the shower door & bathtub drains very slow. We visited in Feb., which very low temps and found it interesting that there were no extra blankets and only one throw. More of each would have been nice. All in all a nice condo.

Everthing is great, except if you have an issue...

The condo and location are awesome. The only issue we had was that clubhouse access key (to hot tubs and pool) didn't work. But because we had skied, it was after 5 pm. After 5, the main number isn't staffed, and maintenance number is for "emergencies only." And then it was a bit of an issue to get a new card the next day, because after calling at 8 am, we could only get a 2 hr window, and the mauntenance guy needed to get new card from another company and return later. Eventually, we got a new card. But there were others who had the same issue, so the property management could do better.

Short Ski Weekend

Found the condo to be very comfortable. A very nice layout separating the two bedrooms. The location right above the lake and the amphitheater must be awesome in the summertime. The bedrooms need better lighting and some of the furniture is getting dated. But we would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Spot

The location is amazing. It overlooks the Dillon amphitheater and lake. Check in/ out was extremely easy. The ice maker wasn’t working and the steam shower could use a note reminding people to leave the door open after use. There were a few moldy spots inside. We did find the location odd for the fact that the pool and the hot tub closed at nine in the summer. Overall we had a great stay.
