The condo is centrally located in Dillon with plenty of parking. First floor access makes for ease of entry.
Maximum occupancy is 6. Strict NO Pets policy. Strict NO Smoking policy in unit or on property. Condo Association will impose fines for these. The condo community is relaxing, family friendly. Not suited for parties/large gatherings.
