'Our 4 night stay at Adavillas was lovely. (2 families 8 pax) It is a complex of villas of two floor and a root garden on the top with a private swimming pool each. Our (deluxe level) had breathtaking views across Kusadasi Bay. The staff is really kind and available 24 hours a day for any need. To get around or get into the city you need to have a means of transport. Thank you for the pleasant stay'

'Window screens or AC in the first floor is a must. Both were missing hence we had a difficult time with mosquitoes. Otherwise, as a family we had really good time. We loved being close to shopping in walking distance. The management was quite responsive whenever we needed help with showers, wifi or door keys. Hand and foot towels would be a plus. '

'We were really disappointed with this property, firstly there are no instructions how to get to the villa and it isn’t easy to find. When you get there the only way to the villa is up and down 87 uneven stairs, this is not advertised. The villa is in need of a lot of maintenance, the electrics are dangerous with cables hanging out of the switchboard, the showers are rusty and broken Hot tub was filthy and after we cleaned it found out it didn’t work. 'We had a summer sojourn at this lovely villa, overlooking the bay in Gündoğan, as an extended family of 12! Guven was prompt and very helpful with all queries. Check in was smooth. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, every manner of drink glasses, and a lovely coffee machine that churned out lattes to enjoy sunrise and glorious mornings.
