By far the best we’ve found in 30 years of trips to Dewey or Rehoboth. (Also the most expensive, but well worth it!) The hosts were easily reachable, friendly, attentive - not that we had anything to complain about. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices, etc from the hosts and prior guests. Beds and bathrooms spotless. Beach chairs on site meant more room in our cars for the trip. And, of course, 60 seconds to the beach! The RB experience has lost its charm, but we will try to book this home any time we’re back in Dewey. Excellent!

What a wonderful house and relaxing stay. My sister and our families, kids ages ranging 2-25, had plenty of space as well as gathering space for game nights. We spent alot of time on the decks! Hot tub was a brilliant bonus. My sons took advantage of the bikes available as well as boogie boards. Restaurants and bars just a quick walk for the older set. The beach was steps off the deck, just beautiful. We definitely recommend, pictures are great but even better in person.

The location of this property was wonderful! It had plenty of space for an extended family to stay. It had 4 spacious bedrooms (the king rooms had the showers, the twin rooms had shower tub combos). Each bedroom had its own bathroom and balcony too. The hot tub and plentiful supply of beach equipment at the property were some of the highlights! The kitchen, living area, laundry and half bath are on first floor. Second floor was a king room and bunk room. Third floor was another king room and the 2 twin bed room.

Great property!

We extended a July 4 visit at friend’s beach house for some family time. Access to all things Dewey are perfect in this spot. Literally steps from the beach. Jolly Trolly stop at the end of the street is perfect for a hop to Rehobeth. The house itself allowed 5 of us to spread out - 4 beds/baths was ideal. The hot tub was a hit, even with the heat. The grill worked great. The beach and sunset views from the 2nd floor king bedroom was our favorite. We would definitely recommend and rent this property again!

Serenity Now Dewey Beach 9/13/2024

Beautiful, clean well-equipped condo. Four bedrooms four and a half bath. Games, bikes, beach chairs and ping pong. We loved the hot tub and the views from all the decks. Starboard is located at the end of the block and the beach is steps away. Julie was very prompt and available to answer any questions or concerns. We loved this place. 5 stars!

Perfect Summer Holiday

From the first day to the last, this was the perfect setting for a family beach reunion. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen complete, and the beach was mere steps away. The property manager, Julie, couldn't have been more helpful.

Relaxing escape

The property is so cozy and relaxing the moment you step in. The rooms are laid out nicely with a bathroom and balcony for each and views of the ocean. We loved having the hot tub since the sun was playing peekaboo during our stay and the outside temp would dip but also got hot and sunny. It’s so close to the beach you can easily run back if you forgot something or need anything from the house. My family and I are so glad we booked this! Julie was so kind and thoughtful and even messaged us to let us know about the blue moon rising over the ocean (which was breathtaking). We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Beach Trip

Beautiful home with lots of room. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. So many "extras" with this house. Chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, bikes, etc. Close to the beach and town. Property manager was a sweetheart! Would stay here again. Thanks!!

Great Location!!

Perfect location! The beach was steps away and right down the block were many restaurant options. The Property Manager responded quickly to texts and calls. The house had plenty of room for six adults without us feeling like we were stepping on each other. The kitchen was well appointed and the hot tub was a nice after beach/evening activity, We would rent this property again.

Great stay at 4 Swedes! 4 bedrooms with 4 balconies and 4.5 bathrooms all accurate. Ocean views and upper most deck is a great spot for sunset. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC & WIFI worked perfectly. Abundant games and books. very friendly main gathering area for dinners and post dinner hang outs. A high point was the communication with Julie, the property manager. She was incredibly responsive and had answers for all the minor glitches that could happen at any rental. Truly just steps to the beach with all the chairs and beach wagons you could need. We were a group of 7 adults and had ample room. Also just 3 blocks to Dewey Brewery and Starboard. Will rent again! Thanks Julie!

Great condo on the beach block!

Great experience/stay in Dewey beach at this condo! The location can't be beat, as it is steps from the beach. They also had a great stock of beach accessories available in the garage, and all were clean and in good shape. Balconies on every floor to enjoy the views of the water, and sip coffee or drinks with our friends. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and great for large families

The pictures did not do the place justice. The location is perfect and the house itself is lovely. All 4 bedrooms having their own balcony and bathroom is unlike anywhere we have ever stayed. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We loved the hot tub on the main floor balcony as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Great location!

This house offers everything you need to fully enjoy a beach vacation. The location and views were amazing. The house was well stocked and the beach chairs, toys etc were a bonus. The house looks great “on paper” but it’s even BETTER once you see it. The owner was available, nice, professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this fabulous place to anybody!
