'This home was the perfect setting for a long weekend in Natchitoches. The location was ideal, right on the Cane River and walking proximity to shops and restaurants. The home was well-appointed with ample space for cooking, dining, and lounging. We loved the back deck with comfortable furniture, big-screen TV, hot tub, swing, and a beautiful view of the river. The host was extremely responsive and catered to all our needs. '

'Overall the cabin was clean. The road to get to the cabin was dirt, and therefore when it rained was only accessible by a truck. I would think that would be acknowledged on the description, due to the amount of rainfall in Louisiana. The cabin was lacking in several “luxury” things. Wi-Fi was not working, I had to go and purchase coffee mugs to enjoy a cup of coffee, and the bugs did not just stay outside (due to gaps under the doors and around the window A/C units).
