« Superb hotel, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars ! Food is superb. Fluffy towels, very comfortable beds with super linens. Staff so so helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and the spa is outstanding. Location is just beautiful, with gorgeous views and walks. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. »

« It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. »

« Gorgeous property and setting. Lovely staff. Would definitely say its for families as opposed to couples though - several children there and if you are wanting to get away for peace and quiet although it still is very peaceful location its not the same as a couples retreat, especially when in the spa/swimming pool. We will likely return but with our two children - they would love it and we will as a family! »

« We stayed here as we wanted a night away and judging from the reviews decided to give it a try. On checking in to our room the radiator was on and the room was very hot. However we went to the restaurant for food and spoke to LYNO the manager there. He checked the radiator and unfortunately it was faulty. « We had a lovely long weekend stay at Vine Cottage. Ben and Mary are superb hosts and very helpful with knowledge of the local area and where to eat, etc. The breakfasts were delicious and the room very comfortable. The B&B is in an ideal location to access the Kennet and Avon canal towpath at Caen Hill Locks, which is in easy walking and cycling distance. »
