'We didn’t stay. We didn’t know that it was a shared house and our private space was only the bedroom (wasn’t clear on description), also the owner lives in the house and he has 2 larger dogs.We just didn’t feel safe to stay'

'Easy check in, great sized room and comfortable beds'

'The house was fine but we were awakened at 12:15am by an unknown man walking into our house and turning the light on. The host had double booked the property. We had to wake up and discuss this with the other family, showing our booking details etc. We helped them contact the host, who did nothing to help them and didn't reach out to us to see if we were ok. My husband contacted the other family the next day to check if they were ok and it turns out they had to sleep in their car that night,...

'Mooie ruime studio. Geheel up to date. Lekkere regendouche en goede WiFi. Verblijf was uitstekend bevallen. Er staan 2 ‘gemakkelijke’ stoelen waarvan er 1 echt niet prettig zit. (Stuk hout in de rug) Dit is het enige minpunt.'

'Great place to stay. Staff very friendly, apartment was cleaned daily, the building was spotless and we loved the little coffee shop. We went for breakfast every morning. Pool area was beautiful and the views across Albert Park were spectacular. If you’re a sun lover, there’s not enough sun beds for the amount of people staying. We didn’t let it bother us though. Had a great time. '

'On check in the staff told us to text them with any issue, the washing machine door handle just comes off in your hand and thus unable to oen the door or do any washing. We text the staff twice in the provided number with no answer at all from the. Had to find a laundry mat to do washing for an event we had to attend. Very poor customer service. '
