'Great facilities, great location'

'The room as great for us. Walking distance to everything we were doing and seeing. Close to the train station so we left cars at home. Enjoyed the late checkout with a morning gym and swim session which was the perfect antidote for a long day and late night the day before. Super comfortable and convenient.'

'The location was very convenient and the response from the property owner was prompt. But I was locked out of the room for a while when the lock battery was flat.'

'We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We found cockroaches every single day in various areas, including both large adults and many baby cockroaches, which suggests an ongoing infestation. They were mainly found in the kitchen, even though we kept the apartment clean throughout our stay and were careful not to leave food out. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to other travellers.'

'The property was one block away from Melbourne Central Shopping Centre and train station and two blocks away from the Markets. The pool area was popular with our children. The rooms needed better cleaning (tv had hand prints all over it and cushions were stained). Communication with the property was terrible - sent them a couple of messages via Expedia regarding parking - when they didn’t respond after a few days, I called them to be told that parking was now no longer available.
